Action Against Isolation

Our Action Against Isolation Service aims to provide information and welfare benefit advice and tackle social isolation via a programme of activities

Who can access the service?

Anyone aged 50 and over, living in Liverpool or Sefton, can access this FREE service. Call the team on 0151 330 5678 for more information.

  • Improving your social life through attendance at one of our new social groups
  • Focussing on your health and well-being

How does the service work?

Once we have received a referral, we will advise about what happens next. This will depend on your needs. Your referral will either be passed to our welfare benefits team or our activity coordinators.
