- Following the closing date, all applications received within the timescale will be shortlisted by the interview panel. - The shortlisting will involve each application being scored against the skills, knowledge and experience listed in the person specification
- The shotlisting panel will consist of more than 1 person.
- Candidates who are selected for interview must meet the essential components listed in the person specification
- Candidates that meet the essential requirements and have the highest scores will be selected for interview
